WWW

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words where we answer the following questions:
1. What are you currently reading?
2. What did you read last?
3. What will you read next?

º Currently reading: I may have quit Reign of the Fallen, by Sarah Glenn Marsh and No Filter, by Orlagh Collins. Neither are bad books, but I’m just not excited to pick either of them up. I’ve gotten totally sucked into the City of Bones world instead. It’s possible I’ll pick them up later on, but I rarely do that. If I don’t love it enough to read it as soon as I open it, I probably won’t later, either.

I’m still making my way through the gazillion pages of Outlander, by Diana Gabaldon. A friend and I decided this morning to buddy read it, and our goal is to be finished with the first book by the end of May. I’m only about a third of the way through, so hopefully having a deadline will help.

º Recently read:  I can’t believe I haven’t finished anything since last week’s post. Probably due to the fact that I’ve been working on 4 books at one time, and need to put some of them down.

º Reading next: I suspect I’ll be deep into the Mortal Instruments books for weeks because there are so many, but I have several I want to magically finish before the Yallwest Book Festival next weekend. There are going to be AHMAZING authors there  (Gayle Forman!! Jenny Han!! Alexandra Bracken!! Victoria Aveyard!! Kami Garcia!! Becky Albertalli!!) and I want to finish their most recent reads before seeing them!

What are you reading right now? Yallwest snuck up on me, and I’m feeling a little stressed about all the books I’d like to somehow read in a week while still working full time!
